SpatialGig was born from a simple frustration: the gap between West Africa's extraordinary musical talent and the tools available to connect that talent with the world.
I watched session musicians struggle to find consistent work — not because they weren't good enough, but because there was no platform that took their craft seriously. Producers were sitting on hard drives full of brilliant stems with no way to monetize the hours they'd poured into them. Their best ideas stayed hidden because nothing existed to elevate them.
The global music industry has platforms for everything. West Africa deserved one built specifically for its artists, its genres, its payment systems, and its way of working — one that turns buried creativity into a livelihood.
